Staying at this hotel had its highs and lows. The location is stunning, and the wellness package is exceptional value. However, the customer service left much to be desired, which really impacted our overall experience. There's also a bit of a downside with the location, as getting into town requires extra transportation costs. Overall, it was a delightful stay but not without its quirks.

The Dunal villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean, but the dining and service left much to be desired. Overall, the location near the beach is excellent, but I would suggest dining elsewhere for better options.
