Staying at this hotel had its highs and lows. The location is stunning, and the wellness package is exceptional value. However, the customer service left much to be desired, which really impacted our overall experience. While the amenities were impressive, the inconsistencies in dining made it hard to relax and enjoy our stay.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with stunning views that made waking up a pleasure.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the customer service felt lacking with some staff being unapproachable or dismissive when issues arose.
Location
10.0
The hotel is set in a beautiful area that feels tranquil but is still only a short drive from the vibrant downtown.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was inconsistent; while some meals were excellent, others did not live up to the expectations set by the price.
Facilities
9.0
The wellness facilities are top-notch, featuring great classes that genuinely enhanced my stay.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at this resort, which is beautifully set in lush bushland and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The villas were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable place to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though I did notice the resort is quite family-focused, which might not be ideal for couples without kids. There's also a bit of a downside with the location, as getting into town requires extra transportation costs. Overall, it was a delightful stay but not without its quirks.

Rooms
8.0
The villas were immaculate, spacious, and each had its own ensuite, making it a comfortable stay for our group. They were separated by the living and kitchen area, which added some privacy.
Service
9.0
The staff provided great service, being both friendly and professional, knowing when to engage with us and when to give us space. They were very helpful, especially with selecting drinks.
Location
7.0
While the resort is beautifully surrounded by nature and offers a tranquil escape, it's a bit far from Byron Bay's bustling center, requiring extra travel to access dining and shopping options.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were quite nice but overpriced, with the breakfast buffet being the main offering. We found better options in town, which turned out to be a better choice for us.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities are great, with beautiful pools and plenty of loungers, although it would have been better if coffee options were available at the adults-only pool.

Our stay at the resort started off on a low note due to poor customer service, especially after our late arrival. The Dunal villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean, but the dining and service left much to be desired. Overall, the location near the beach is excellent, but I would suggest dining elsewhere for better options.

Rooms
8.0
The Dunal villa was lovely, private, and nicely appointed. It was clean and luxurious with a great bathtub.
Service
5.0
The service was disappointing; upon our late arrival, we were not accommodated well, and it lacked the warmth you'd expect for a luxury resort.
Location
9.0
The resort is close to the beach, which is a huge plus, but it's also distanced from nightlife, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown, particularly during our anniversary. The food quality was not great, and the environment was noisy with children.
Facilities
6.0
While the resort had good facilities like pools, the experience felt marred by the service issues we faced.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort, where my family and I enjoyed a lovely villa that felt modern and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our check-in and overall experience delightful. While the dining options were great, I felt that breakfast could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was a great value for a relaxing family vacation.

Rooms

Location

The resort is set in a serene area that feels private, surrounded by gorgeous bush scenery.
Dining
7.0
Dining was very high quality with a wonderful selection, though the breakfast could benefit from more hot options.
Facilities

The main pool area was stunning and had plenty of loungers, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

We had an incredible stay at the resort, with spacious, clean rooms and friendly service that made our family feel welcome. The adults-only pool area was a great retreat, and the dining options were generally excellent, though some could benefit from more variety. The location offers a peaceful escape, but be mindful of the crowd during peak holiday times.

Rooms
10.0
Our villa was beautifully appointed, spacious, and very clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Service
9.0
The staff was attentive and accommodating, eager to make our experience enjoyable, but sometimes a bit slow during busy periods.
Location
8.0
The resort is nestled in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and very peaceful, yet it's a bit far from town, requiring a quick solar train ride.
Dining
8.0
The food was delicious with plenty of healthy options, though some areas felt a little crowded due to families with kids.
Facilities
9.0
Facilities were fantastic with a beautiful adults-only pool and a lively bar area, but the restaurant layout could use some improvement for a more refined dining atmosphere.
